Client Profile

We’ve been proud to align with Workhuman to promote two products from their online employee recognition suite targeting HR managers, CEO’s, and CFO’s at small to medium-sized businesses. The first, Moodtracker, provides company leaders with easy-to-use employee survey tools. The second, Service Milestones, is an all-in-one way to recognize important career highlights of employees such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, years of service, and retirement.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Richardson Media Group to launch a media campaign for Workhuman. The RMG team is thorough, thoughtful, organized and energized. As part of their on-boarding, they navigated us through the intricacies of posting ads on all the major platforms. They provided us with best-practices around ad sizing, platform spend, and overall media strategy. They worked with us to know more about our business goals to become a partner rather than just an agency. Campaign Objectives

A combination of digital tactics worked together to drive leads off of specially-designed campaign landing pages. Business audiences experienced our ads across paid search and paid social platforms, and were given the opportunity to visit Moodtracker and Service Milestones sites where they dropped their contact information before beginning their employee recognition journey.
